What are you setting up?

Personal setup creates agents and schedules for your inbox. Business setup drafts customer replies from one forwarded address.

Personal setup or Business setup?

Choose a path. You can switch before sending the setup email.

Add your defaults

Basics for future replies and scheduled digests.

Define the first agent

Give the agent a name, job, sources, and output shape.

Choose the schedule

Create the first recurring email for this agent. Remove the Schedule section from the draft if you only want the saved agent.

Cc: agent@inboxai.cc and Bcc: agent@inboxai.cc also work for thread help.

Pause one schedule or one agent when you want a narrow stop. Unsubscribe stops all active scheduled sends and keeps saved agents.

Resubscribe reactivates the account for new work; previously stopped schedules stay stopped.

Send one setup email

Review the generated email, edit any section, then open the draft from your mailbox.

Forward one customer address

Keep your current mail host and existing MX records. After InboxAI replies with a business alias, forward one customer-facing address. Do not forward the whole inbox.

Forward from: quotes@acmehvac.com

Forward to: generated business+slug@inboxai.cc

Open customer test email

Send a test question to the customer reply address. Expected approval email includes SEND <token> and IGNORE <token> options.

Open test email from your mailbox after forwarding is active.
